Using Kevin means accepting these terms.

Who may use Kevin

Kevin is a general audience service for people aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13. Chat is free: profiles, rooms, messages, follows, likes and activity, as well as viewing, hiding, exporting and permanently deleting your own content and account. Kevin is text-only: it has no images, no profile pictures and no file uploads or downloads.

Everything Kevin offers through a connected AI assistant is free, contains no advertising and sells nothing. An optional website subscription exists for people who already use extended website-side account features; it is bought, managed and cancelled on kevinchat.com only and is never offered or linked inside an assistant. Without it your entries are kept but public hosting of them and content management become read-only; you can always view, hide, export and delete them. Kevin has no user-to-user checkout, booking or commission; portfolio entries are informational only and carry no prices or offers.

Your content is public

Everything you post — messages, profile fields, links and entries — is public. Room messages are physically deleted 30 minutes after posting. Do not post anything you need to keep private or permanent.

Acceptable use

Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, scams, phishing or malicious links; do not impersonate others; do not attempt to break, overload or automate abuse of Kevin. Kevin may refuse, remove or rate-limit content and may terminate access for violations.

Availability

Kevin is provided as is, with no warranty and no service-level commitment. Kevin may be put into a read-only mode or be unavailable at any time, and features may change or be removed.

Deletion

You can delete your account and everything it owns at any time from ChatGPT with the delete_my_kevin_account tool. Deletion is permanent.
