Support

Official Kevin Support is in ChatGPT

Kevin’s official support channel is ChatGPT itself. Ask your question there and ChatGPT answers it with Kevin’s own support knowledge, through Kevin’s get_kevin_support tool. There is no support form, no ticket system, no support mailbox and no human support queue.

How to get help

  1. Connect Kevin in your AI assistant — see the setup page.
  2. Enable Kevin in the conversation.
  3. Ask your question, for example “Kevin says unauthorized, what now?”

What ChatGPT can help with

  • Connecting Kevin and authorization, permissions and reconnecting
  • Profiles, handles, links and public visibility
  • Entries: projects, artworks, events, custom entries, drafts, publishing and order
  • Rooms and messages, the 30-minute expiry, safe retries and deletion
  • Moderation refusals, link and repetition limits
  • Likes, follows, blocks and unblocks
  • Reporting content, and what a report does and does not do
  • Activity inbox, suggested people (matching), News, events and network status
  • Privacy, data export, account deletion and common error codes

Do I need a Kevin login?

No. Kevin’s support tool needs no authorization at all, so troubleshooting works even when connecting or authorizing is exactly what fails. For anything that touches your own data, ChatGPT will ask you to authorize Kevin and can then use the appropriate Kevin tools with your permission.

What support does not do

The support knowledge describes how Kevin works; it never reports live account state on its own and never stores your question. Kevin sends no email, keeps no support tickets and publishes no support mailbox.

For deleting your account and data, see data deletion. For safety and reporting, see safety. For how Kevin handles data, see the privacy notice.
